Operation periods

From October to March

Reservation

A reservation is the act of paying a pre-agreed amount of money to participate in one of our retreats. Dhyana Ananda Yoga Meditation is a yoga school in line with Yoga Vedanta Sivananda.

A reservation is non-refundable.

A reservation is not transferable except in cases of force majeure or any other reasonable reason.

A reservation has an expiration date which is the date chosen.

A reservation cannot be canceled except in cases of force majeure or any other reasonable reason.

The second payment is due 30 days before your departure or payment on site upon your arrival.

A reservation must be the subject of an electronic transaction. We do not accept cash.

Cancellation within 90 days of the retreat date is non-refundable.

In the event of cancellation for any reason beyond 90 days before the date, 20% of the amount will be retained for the booking administration fees, transactions and penalties.

Confirmation of activity after booking

You will receive directions on how to get there. As a courtesy, we can assist you with booking the plane ticket and obtaining the visa. Please refer to our FAQs before. Due to a limited number of places, our cancellation policy is strict. When you book, we guarantee your place. In return, we ask that you respect our policy.

Less than 90 days before the retreat any lack of response to our call and or email will be considered a cancellation.

It is your responsibility to respect your reservation date and you are responsible for the place you reserve.

If you are late for the retreat and we are unable to accommodate you, the reservation will be null and void.

For any reservation we require full payment of the price mentioned in 2 installments.

Exceptional cases: Injury/illness preventing the participant from doing the activity. You will need to present a medical certificate confirming the date and nature of your injury and the duration of the stoppage recommended by your doctor.

Any dispute between the parties will be immediately brought before the small claims court of Quebec.

Cancellation of the activity

We reserve the right to cancel the activity.

A cancellation can occur at any time before or during the activity.

We do not assume any travel, accommodation or other costs in the event of cancellation.

The teacher is authorized to refuse a participant for reasons of health, safety, or for any disrespectful behavior.

Acknowledgment of Risk & Limitation of Liability

The participant must know that the activity to which registration entitles does not include any insurance covering him/her in the event of an accident.

The participant assumes the risks and dangers and waives all claims for loss and damage resulting from any cause whatsoever, before, during or after the activity.

The participant in a retreat authorizes Dhyana meditation to use his/her image in a video recording, photo or any other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part.

Dhyana meditation assumes no responsibility for valuable items kept on the participant, inside our facilities and / or vehicle during the practice of the activity.
